1. The current website

These terms apply to your use of halloweencostumeaivideo.com, an independent Halloween creative website operated under that website name. By using the site, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

The current release provides educational articles and concept previews. It does not offer account registration, photo uploads, video generation or credit purchases. A Coming soon label describes an unavailable feature, not a paid reservation or a promise of a launch date.

2. Educational content and examples

Our guides describe creative workflows and starting prompts. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, prompts are not verified presets for every AI model. Results depend on your chosen tool, reference material, settings and editing. We do not guarantee a particular likeness, duration, resolution, result or social-media performance.

Illustrations on this preview are concept artwork. They are not samples produced by an available generator on this website.

3. Acceptable use

You may browse and use the guides to plan your own creative projects. Do not use the site to infringe another person's rights, impersonate people deceptively, harass others, distribute harmful code, bypass access restrictions or disrupt the service.

When working in a separate AI tool, use reference photos only with the necessary permission. Respect that tool's rules and label synthetic content appropriately for the platform where you share it.

4. Creative rights and music

Our original website text, illustrations and branding remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may share links to our pages. Using a tutorial or starting prompt does not transfer rights to third-party photos, footage, recordings, characters or choreography mentioned in it.

Music requires its own permission or another valid legal basis. A social-media trend name, a link to a song, or a template description is not a license to copy that recording into a commercial or downloadable video. Our preview does not supply licensed copies of trending songs.

5. Future pricing and payments

We intend to use one-time credit packs rather than recurring subscriptions. No pack is currently for sale, and no price or number of videos is promised by this preview. Before purchases open, the available packs, generation charges and applicable payment and refund terms will be displayed.

Do not send payment outside an official checkout on this site. This preview has no checkout.

6. Third-party services

Links to AI tools, platforms and articles are provided for reference. We are not affiliated with those services or the creators of trends unless explicitly stated. Their availability, output, prices and policies are their responsibility and may change.

7. Availability and responsibility

We may correct content, change planned features or temporarily suspend the site. We aim to provide useful information, but the preview is supplied as available and may contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant uninterrupted availability or suitability for every purpose.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.
